You enter your qualification, experience, skills and interests, and it screens hundreds of verified scholarships, government exams, higher-education pathways, jobs, fellowships and grants to show which ones you are actually eligible for — and why.
Is the tool free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, completely free, and there is no signup, no email and no login. Your answers are processed entirely inside your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
Who is this tool for?
BSW and MSW students, sociology, psychology and public policy graduates, NGO and development professionals, and anyone planning a career in the social sector. It is India-first — UPSC, State PSC, SSC, CDPO, probation officer and Panchayati Raj routes are covered in depth — with global scholarships, UN and INGO fellowships included as well.
Which government jobs can a social work graduate apply for in India?
A great many more than most students realise. Common routes include UPSC Civil Services, State Public Service Commissions, SSC CGL, Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Probation Officer, Welfare Officer, Labour Welfare Officer, District Social Welfare Officer, Panchayati Raj posts, PSU welfare officer positions and specialist roles under WCD and social justice departments. What scholarships can MSW students apply for?

How does the matching actually work?
It is a transparent rule-based engine, not a black box. Each opportunity is scored on six checks: qualification level, subject relevance, experience, country and language, age eligibility, and how closely it aligns with your stated interests. What does the readiness score mean?
It combines eight dimensions of your profile — academic level, subject fit, experience, skills, language, mobility, clarity of direction and competitiveness — with how strongly you match the database. It is a diagnostic, not a judgement. A low dimension is simply the thing to work on next.
Are the salary figures accurate?
They are indicative ranges only. Reliable salary data for social-sector roles barely exists, and real pay varies by a factor of three between a district NGO and a multilateral agency in the same city. Use them as direction of travel, never as a number to quote in a negotiation.
Why does it show opportunities I am not eligible for?
Because the block is often removable. The Not eligible — yet section lists strong matches held back by a single requirement — a missing degree level, an age limit, a language test — and names exactly what would change that.
Can I save or print my report?
Yes. Use Print / PDF for a clean printable dossier, Copy for a plain-text summary you can paste anywhere, and Reload my last report to bring back your most recent profile on the same browser. Clearing your browser data will remove the saved profile.
Is my personal data stored anywhere?
