The Ministry of Railways of India has approved the establishment of a state-of-the-art wrestling academy in Delhi's Kishanganj neighborhood. The wrestling academy will be the largest and most advanced in India, with the objective of promoting the sport throughout the country. The project's completion is estimated to cost Rs 30.76 crores.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav stated in a written reply to the Rajya Sabha on Friday that the proposed country's largest wrestling academy will be equipped with modern training facilities, providing numerous aspiring wrestlers with sufficient opportunities to become champions in the future.
The railway minister lauded railway wrestlers' accomplishments at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, stating that the railway athletes performed admirably and won three of India's seven medals.

Bharati Pravin Pawar, India's first Biosafety level-3 containment mobile laboratory, was unveiled in Nashik, Maharashtra, by Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Bharati Pravin Pawar. The mobile laboratory will be used by the ICMR's professionally qualified experts to research newly developing and re-emerging viral diseases. The newly opened facility will be able to analyse outbreaks using human and animal samples from remote and forested areas of the country.

The first biodiversity park dedicated to the preservation of endangered Himalayan herbs will be established in Himachal Pradesh. This park will be built in the Bhulah valley of Mandi. The biodiversity park is being built at a cost of Rs 1 crore by HP's forest department as part of the National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS). The park's goal is to connect tourism activities with new opportunities for scholars to conduct in-depth research on medicinal herbs that are on the verge of extinction in the Himalayas.

Keeping the area's unusual endemic and endangered plant and animal species alive and well.

The Indian Air Force will take part in the 'Ex Cobra Warrior 22' multi-nation air exercise at the Royal Air Force Base in Waddington, United Kingdom. India will participate in the exercise with five indigenous LCA Tejas fighter aircraft, as well as a C-17 transport plane.
