The wrestling academy will be the largest and most advanced in India, with the objective of promoting the sport throughout the country. The project's completion is estimated to cost Rs 30.76 crores.

In Maharashtra, India's first Biosafety Level-3 mobile laboratory was launched.

Bharati Pravin Pawar, India's first Biosafety level-3 containment mobile laboratory, was unveiled in Nashik, Maharashtra, by Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Bharati Pravin Pawar. The mobile laboratory will be used by the ICMR's professionally qualified experts to research newly developing and re-emerging viral diseases. The newly opened facility will be able to analyse outbreaks using human and animal samples from remote and forested areas of the country.

The biodiversity park is being built at a cost of Rs 1 crore by HP's forest department as part of the National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS). The park's goal is to connect tourism activities with new opportunities for scholars to conduct in-depth research on medicinal herbs that are on the verge of extinction in the Himalayas.
