From time to time, the Indian government at all levels announces Welfare Schemes for a cross-section of society. These schemes could be central, state-specific, or a collaborative effort between the Centre and the states.   1. Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana: The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana is a National Mission on Financial Inclusion that takes an integrated approach to achieving robust financial inclusion and, eventually, providing banking services to all households in the country.
  2.  Make in India: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 'Make in India' campaign, which will facilitate investment, foster innovation, strengthen intellectual property protection, and build the best manufacturing infrastructure.Make in India' has identified 25 sectors in manufacturing, infrastructure, and service activities, with detailed information shared via an interactive web-portal and professionally designed brochures.
  3.  Swachh Bharat Mission: As a national movement, the Swachh Bharat Mission was launched throughout the country. The campaign's goal is to achieve the vision of a "Clean India" by October 2nd, 2019. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is the Government of India's most significant sanitation campaign.
  4. . Beti Bachao Beti Padhao: The goal of this scheme is to educate girls to become socially and financially self-sufficient.
  5.  Atal Pension Yojna: The Atal Pension Yojna is a pension scheme that primarily aims to provide a universal pension scheme for those working in the unorganized sector, such as maids, gardeners, delivery boys, and so on. This scheme succeeded the previous Swavalamban Yojana, which was poorly received by the public.
  6. Digital India Mission: The Government of India's flagship program, Digital India, aims to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.
  7. Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan:  It is a voluntary and contributory pension scheme that provides the following benefits to subscribers:- Minimum Assured Pension: After reaching the age of 60, each PM-SYM subscriber will receive a minimum assured pension of Rs 3000/- per month.(ii) Family Pension: If the subscriber dies while receiving a pension, the spouse of the beneficiary is entitled to 50% of the pension received by the beneficiary as a family pension. Only a spouse is eligible for a family pension.(iii) If a beneficiary has made a regular contribution and died as a result of any cause (before reaching the age of 60), his or her spouse will be entitled to join and continue the scheme subsequently by making a regular contribution or exit the scheme as per the exit and withdrawal provisions.
  8. Gold Monetisation Scheme: The Government of India launched the Gold Monetisation Scheme in 2015, under which one can deposit gold in any form in a GMS account and earn interest as the price of gold metal rises.
  9. PM CARES Fund – Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation Fund: Prime Minister Narendra Modi established this public charitable trust. This national trust was established with the goal of addressing future distressed and dreadful situations such as COVID-19. On March 28, 2020, the Indian Prime Minister launched PM CARES, with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Defence Minister, and Finance Minister serving as ex-officio trustees.
  10. Aarogya Setu: The Indian government took the lead in combating the Coronavirus pandemic. Through an app called Aarogya Setu, it launched a mobile application to raise awareness of COVID 19 among Indian citizens.   11. Ayushman Bharat: A health-care scheme launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2018. It is the world's largest government-funded healthcare program, with over 50 crore beneficiaries.   12. UMANG - Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance is a mobile application launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide citizens with secure access to multiple government services on a single platform. UMANG is a key component of the government's Digital India initiative, which aims to make all traditional offline government services available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a single unified app.
  13. Pilgrimage Rejuvenation And Spirituality Augmentation Drive (PRASAD). The scheme was launched in 2015 by the Ministry of Tourism. The PRASAD Scheme's goal is to prioritize, plan, and sustainably develop pilgrimage destinations in order to provide a comprehensive religious tourism experience.   14. Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan - The scheme (meaning Self-Reliant India Scheme) is the name given to the Union Government's full-fledged economic stimulus package. It was launched with the goal of making people self-sufficient and overcoming the difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
  15. National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) - The mission, which will be launched on August 15, 2020, aims to create an integrated healthcare system that connects practitioners and patients digitally by providing them with access to real-time health records
  16. PM Yojana Atmanirbhar Swasth Bharat - The scheme is being launched to strengthen primary, secondary, and tertiary health care systems, as well as to establish new institutions to address the detection and treatment of new and emerging diseases.
  17. National Infrastructure Pipeline Project - This is a social and economic infrastructure project that began in 2019 with the goal of improving the overall quality of life for all citizens. The NIP will address all of the critical factors that will assist India in reaching its goal of becoming a $5 trillion economy by fiscal year 2025.
